Shipping SHIPPING POLICIES Custom server and workstations ship within 3 business days after purchase, since we custom build and update each machine. Spare parts ship within 1 business day. We typically use UPS or FedEx for larger packages. For low weight items, we may use USPS instead. All of our shipments are insured by us, so rest assured that your shipments are safe. We offer overnight shipping on all parts. Please call us for next-day or two-day shipping. We require adult signature for most purchases. Please contact us if this is an issue. We process orders from Monday to Friday from 9am to 5:30pm CDT. We do not process orders on weekends or national holidays.
